Refund Policy Warranty

365-Days Warranty: Customers are eligible for a one-time replacement pair within a 365 days warranty (from the date your receive your glasses), covering any possible defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

If you made a mistake during the order, or you just don’t like the glasses, you could contact customer service to get a special coupon code or a partial refund.

If you want to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours. An extra charge will be generated if there is a price difference. Any request for modification or cancellation over 24 hours, please refer to the chart below to check the additional charges. Since all the lenses are customized by the prescription offered, free cancellation/modification is not provided for prescription glasses. Shipping charges and differences are not included if there is any.

If your glasses are broken on arrival, or missing parts or defects, or receive the wrong item(s), we will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement or offer a refund.
30-Days Guarantee: If you're not fully satisfied with our products for some reason, please simply contact us within 30 days(from the date you receive your glasses)for exchange or refund.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping a product with a value greater than 45USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
